After signing-up to receive our free newsletter

During the sign-up process the user needs to provide his/her name and e-mail address. This information is used internally by the Mailing List Management software, which is used to send the newsletter to the users at the specified e-mail addresses twice each month. The name is used to personalize each e-mail at the top.

After purchasing a product via our payment processor

The information collected by our third-party payment processing facility, 2CheckOut.com, for the secure credit card transaction during the purchasing of a JKS Publishing information product is used solely by 2CheckOut.com and is never seen, stored, or used by InlineSkatingCenter.com. The secure credit-card transactions are totally conducted on 2CheckOut.com’s site. The information is collected there in order to process the purchaser’s payment via credit card for our skating lessons, skating module, skate maintenance lessons, maintenance module, trail guides, as well as for our inline skating kits and accessories.

JKS Publishing guarantees that our payment processor, 2Checkout.com, will not, under any circumstances, apply unauthorized recurring transactions or billings to your credit card account. All products purchased from JKS Publishing via InlineSkatingCenter.com, will always be shipped or made available for download. In addition, JKS Publishing and 2CheckOut.com will never debit your credit card for a higher than advertised price.
