During the sign-up process the user needs to provide his/her name and

Management software, which is used to send the newsletter to the users
at the specified e-mail addresses twice each month. The name is used to personalize

After purchasing a product via our authorized retailer
The information collected by our authorized retailer, 2CheckOut.com Inc.,
for the secure credit card transaction during
the purchasing of a JKS Publishing information product is used solely by
2CheckOut.com and is never seen, stored, or used by InlineSkatingCenter.com.
The secure credit card transactions are totally conducted on 2CheckOut.com's
site. The information is collected there for payment for our skating lessons, skating module, maintenance lessons,
maintenance module, trail guides, e-books, as well as for our
inline skating kits and accessories.
JKS Publishing guarantees that 2Checkout.com Inc., will not, under any circumstances, apply unauthorized recurring
transactions or billings to your credit card account. All products purchased from JKS Publishing via
InlineSkatingCenter.com, will always be shipped or made available for
download. In addition, JKS Publishing and 2CheckOut.com will never debit your
credit card for a higher than advertised price.
Does JKS Publishing share my personal information? If so, with whom?
JKS Publishing uses the above-described information for internal purposes
only. We will not sell, release, share, or give away personal information about individual
