The Inline Skating Center began publishing its popular
newsletter dubbed On The Trail today. The text-based e-zine
is in its second season and is distributed to subscribers
every two weeks from June to September for a total of
10 issues. The newsletter contains inline skating tips and tactics
for adult, recreational trail skaters.
News: May 14th, 2005
A new RSS Feeds table was added to the home page today. This makes it
easier for site visitors to subscribe to any one of the three site RSS
feeds including the Articles Feed, News Feed, and Blog Feed, since
there now all in one place. In addition, a new What is RSS? pop-up page
was added for those who are new to RSS. This page explains what RSS
is all about and how to subscribe to a feed.

New inline skating RSS news and blog feeds were added to the right side of the
home page today. You can now view the latest headlines and summaries
from Yahoo! News, SkatingNews.it, About Inline Skating Blog, and the
Center News.
News: April 29th, 2005
An Article Feeds page was added to the site today. The feeds are updated regularly
and are sent from ContentDesk.com. From the right side of the home page you can click
Recreation, Health, or Self-Help to view the latest article feeds in your chosen
category. Once on the Article Feeds page, you can scan the list of titles and descriptions of current
articles that are posted for viewing on ContentDesk.com. When you find an article you'd like
to read, just click the View Full Article link.

News: April 20th, 2005
A WordPress blogging script was added to the site today. The name of our new blog is The Trail Skater.
We'll be posting to the blog about three times a week starting in early May. You are
welcome to drop in and add a comment whenever you wish. The blog will focus on fitness, trail skating
and will be geared to the adult, recreational, inline skating community.

Photos were added under three sections of the home page, namely Skating Module,
Rollerblade Maintenance Module, and Trail Module. The photos change each time you
view the home page or click the Refresh button on your browser and are controlled by
PHP random image rotators.

A Top Picks section was added to the left side of the home page near the bottom. Here, you'll find links to our top
selling products, namely, the Skating Module and Maintenance Module. The benefits and features are described in detail
on these new, product pages, as well as how to order a module.

Photos were added to the Skating Lessons, Skate Maintenance, and Trail Guides sites today
to augment the content on these order pages. You can view the new illustrations
by clicking on any one of the three tabs labelled Lessons, Tune-ups, and Trails on the main menu
at the top of the home page.

Sample pages were added to the site for the Inline Skating Lessons, Rollerbalde Maintenance Lessons, and
Rollerblading Trail Guides product lines. To view a sample, just click the View Sample button
under product line on the left side of the home page. Here, you can view a snippet taken from
your chosen product.

The four Ontario trail guides published on August 21st, 2004 have now been packaged
into a convenient collection. The rollerblading trail module named The Best
Skating Trails in Ontario is ready for download from our Trails site. For further

Four Ontario trail guides were published today and are ready for download.
The rollerblading trail guides are listed below:
- West Humber Park Trail
- Niagara River Recreation Trail
- Whitby Waterfront Trail
- Ottawa Recreation Trail
Each trail guide contains directions to the starting point, trail rankings, trail facts,
directions on the trail, photographs of guideposts, and after the roll suggestions for diner.
In addition, there is a For Printing section
so you can easily print and bring the directions to the starting point, as well as the directions on
the trail with you on the day of the roll. For further information click

Our new site was officially launched today! The Inline Skating Center is called,
"A one stop online shop for all of your inline skating needs." We'll be working hard in the coming
months to turn the site into a hub of activity for recreational, inline
skaters.
You can read articles about topics related to inline skating, download
a skating lesson, buy a maintenance module, and subscribe to our free, biweekly newsletter
entitled On The Trail.
The ezine provides tips, tactics, and tricks, which you can put
to use on the trails this summer.
In the future, we'll be adding a number of trail guides that you can
download and print prior to hitting the trails, as well as accessories for
maintaining your skates this season!

Two new information products were completed today for sale and distribution to the
inline skating community. The two digital products are called the
Skating Module and Maintenance Module, respectively. A module is a set of two
or three lessons based on a particular theme. Both these modules will be available for
download after the site is launched in early June of 2004.
