         <title>UPDATED PAGE: RSS Feed table added to the Home Page</title>

          home page today to make it easier for site visitors to subscribe
          to one or more feeds since they are now in one convenient place. 
          In addition, a new pop-up page entitled What is RSS? was
          also added to the site. This page explains RSS in detail and 
          how to view and subscribe to various feeds.</description>
